Volkswagen of Naples would like to share a recent very Satisfied Customer Review posted to Dealerrater.com
Like some other reviewers I started at VW of Fort Myers since I live nearby. I did not feel comfortable with the sales staff or sales manager, and their selection was not as good as that of Naples VW. I spoke with Michael Pierne about a 2012 Gray CC over the phone, and drove down to the dealership a little while later. They had the CC washed and waiting right out front when I arrived. They were very helpful and knowledgeable, and did not pressure me in any way. The entire negotiating process was not painful at all.
When I finally got into my new CC they had already preset all of my radio stations the same as my previous car, and spent about 30 minutes showing me how to use everything. Michael connected my phone to the bluetooth, and walked me through all of the electronics. We set up a 1000 mile inspection so that I could ask any questions I may have, and they can look over everything to make
sure that there are no problems. They are obviously trying to address the Initial Quality surveys that they receive from the big companies like JD power because the initial quality is based on any problems you have when you first buy the car.
The service department seems great, I have not had an interaction with them yet but they provide loaner cars whenever you have service performed. They wash your car for you, and even perform service overnight if that is more convenient to your work schedule. Overall I think they are an excellent choice if you live anywhere in Southwest Florida and are looking to buy a car.

Traveling from Bradenton, Englewood, Punta Gorda, Arcadia, Sarasota, Ft. Myers, Cape Coral, Port Charlotte, Bonita Springs or Venice simply go South on I-75 to exit 105 (Golden Gate). Take Golden Gate west towards the Naples Airport to Airport Pulling Road. Go south on Airport Pulling Road approximately one mile, just past Radio Road on your left hand side.
Traveling from Miami, Coral Gables, North Miami, Pembrooke Pines, Hollywood, Hallendale, Coral Springs, Ft. Lauderdale, Plantation, or Boca Raton simply go West on I-75 to exit 101 (Collier Blvd -951). Take Collier Blvd South to Davis Blvd. Go west and follow Davis Blvd. to Airport Pulling Road.
