The Volkswagen Touareg is the finest of VW’s luxury craftsmanship, built for utility and comfort. You may have seen the Touareg featured in videos such as towing a Boeing 747 jet plane with its past V10 TDI beast of an engine (which we wish was still made) and astonishing towing capability or tearing it up in the desert (there is a separate rally version of the Touareg, known as the Race Touareg). The Touareg is the SUV you want if you are looking for luxury, versatility, and towing capability.
Touaregs are powered by a 3.6L Vr6 engine capable of 280hp combined with 4Motion AWD technology and a 8-speed automatic Tiptronic trans. You get a choice of nine exterior colors to pair with five interior colors.
There is a Touareg for all tastes and prices with its five different trim levels: Sport, Sport with Tech, Technology, Lux, and Executive.
Leather interiors are standard in every trim, along with power heated seats, Bi-Xenon automatic headlights w/ Adaptive Front-light System, multifunction steering wheel, Bluetooth, Remote power rear liftgate w/ power latching, Automatic, rain-sensing, variable intermittent front wipers w/ heated washer nozzles, Homelink, among various others and safety features.
The Touareg is a nice drive with low road noise, good acceleration and braking, nice handling, and curb appeal.
Sitting in the Touareg is quite comfortable, and it has a simple yet refined appearance. The burl walnut trim in this Touareg eye pleasing, pairing with the Terracotta Brown leather. Heated and ventilated seats, 14-way power adjustable comfort seats w/ power lumbar support & driver memory, and a heated steering wheel offer comfort for any weather.
Technology is a big player in VW’s upcoming models, and the 2016 Touareg is just the beginning. The Touareg features a premium RNS 850 navigation & infotainment system w/ 8″ touchscreen, AM/FM/HD radio and CD/DVD player, rearview camera, Park Distance Control, Lane Change Assistant, Adaptive Cruise Control (ACC) w/ Front Assist & autonomous emergency braking, Lane Departure Warning, and others (dependent upon trim).
All in all, the Touareg can be defined as unstoppable and unbeatable luxury in the toughest terrain.

Volkswagen of America, Inc. is pleased to announce today that the new 2016 Volkswagen Passat has taken top honors in Cars.com’s Midsize Sedan Challenge. Put to the test against eight of the most popular 2016 models, the Passat won judges’ hearts with its spaciousness, safety, available VW Car-Net® App-Connect technology, and most of all, its fun-to-drive nature.

Where do you go to see the biggest horse gathering in town? Why, the 12th Annual Cars On 5th presented by the Naples Chapter of the Ferrari Club of America, of course.
By 8am Saturday morning, 5th Avenue South was lined with more horsepower than you’ve ever seen in one block.
The annual show is the biggest Naples has to offer where you can go to see some of the rarest cars and biggest gatherings of one car brand. Supercars dominate the show with classics, imports, domestics, and the occasional bike sprinkled in. And puppies. Puppies everywhere.
We were setup with our partners Audi Naples showing off our beloved Classic Beetle and 1963 Double Cab, a new 2016 Silk Blue Metallic Beetle Convertible, a new 2016 VW Golf GTI manual, and a new 2016 Touareg- all of which you can come see in our showroom!
There were too many Ferraris, Porsche’s, and Corvettes to count, but several stood out; like this Slant Nose Porsche below, a Porsche 918 Spyder, a green Ferrari 458, a gorgeous white Ferrari Testarossa, a new Ferrari 488, 2 Porsche GT3’s and a GT3RS, several model year C1 Corvettes, and a rare Ferrari 512i BB. While these three brands dominated, Lamborghini was represented well with the showing of a rare 1967 350GT, a new Aventador Super Veloce, a Diablo, a Murcielago, a 50th Anniversario Aventador, and a few others. It’s impossible to point out every sweet car there, but a Koenigsegg CCX, Alfa Romeo 4C & 8C, several Ford GT’s, a 1974 BMW 2002 Factory Turbo, a Mercedes Benz 300SLR, a Noble M400 race car, and a Porsche Carrera GT are some worth mentioning. And we can’t forget the familiar faces of a widebody bagged Challenger and a 1986 Mercedes-Benz 190E Cosworth Edition.
Vendors from around town and even farther out were set-up showcasing cars including Naples Motorsports, NUR Performance, Lamborghini Sarasota, Naples Luxury Imports, and Black Horse Motors.
As always the show was a hit, drawing in thousands of people, and dare I say, even more were in attendance this year than last! Needless to say, we are already looking forward to next year!
